The Ardennes are inseparable from delicious beers and cheerful aperitif boards. Ideal to combine a hike with a visit to the brewery followed by a tasting. Beer is liquid culture and massive tradition of which this region is particularly rich. La Chouffe is probaly is probably the best-known beer in the region. Based on a legend of the Ardennes, a gnome was chosen as the brewery's corporate logo. Those who cannot get to the brewery can certainly also enjoy this beer at a nearby pub. It still is the most iconic beer in the neighborhood ever since 1982.
